- It's 1 cup of rolled oats.
- You need 1 cup of plain flour.
- Prepare 1 cup of sugar.
- You need 1/2 cup of coconut.
- You need 125 g of butter.
- You need 2 tbsp of golden syrup.
- You need 1/2 tsp of bicarb soda.
- It's 1 tbsp of boiling water.
Anzac Biscuits instructions
- Combine outs, sifted flour, sugar and coconut.
- Combine butter and golden syrup, stir over heat until melted.
- Mix bicarb soda with boiling water, add to melted butter mixture, stir into dry ingredients.
- Place tbsp of mixture on lightly greased oven trays; allow room for spreading. Cook in slow oven for 20 minutes,. loosen while warm, then cool on trays.
