- Turn the oven on too Gas Mark 1 (One).Separate egg yolks from egg white's,place egg white's into your Kenwood Food Mixing Bowl.Whisk with the use of your Kenwood Food Mixer on the highest setting,with the round Plastic guard on to prevent fly off.Keep on high whisk until stiff peaks are formed and then whisk on the number 1 cycle..
- Gradually add all the 600g of Caster Sugar through the Lid part of the see through Plastic guard,briefly turn too the highest setting and then back to the number 1 setting. Done so.....
- Place Baking Parchment in your large deep Skillet,add the meringue mix (can use a very large Baking Tray,but will come out with not as much structure) and then bake in the oven at Gas Mark 1 (One) for 12 hours,so maybe bake slowly overnight. Allow to cool for at least 3 hours before serving,because it is not usually eaten hot,or warm.Whole meringue needs to go onto a Platter Plate because of the sugary egg white Syrup.Serve on a separate Plate and enjoy with whipped up Double Cream and Berries..
