  1. Prepare 3 of Egg Whites.
  2. It's 3 tbsp of Cold Water.
  3. Prepare 1 cup of Castor Sugar.

  5. Prepare 1 tsp of Vanilla Essence.
  6. You need 3 tsp of Cornflour.

  2. beat egg whites until stiff, add cold water and beat again.
  3. add castor sugar very gradually while beating.
  4. slow beater and add vinegar, vanilla and cornflour.
  5. place on greased paper on a greased tray.
  6. bake at 150C (300F) fo 45 minutes.
  7. turn off oven and leave to cool in the oven.
  8. once cool, smoother with whipped cream and sliced fresh fruit (usually strawberrys or kiwifuit).
  9. serve after a BBQ on Christmas Day =).
