Ingredients of Palak poori with lots of Iron
- You need 1 bowl of wheat flour (Aata).
- It's 2 tsp of gram flour.
- Prepare 6-8 of spinach leaves.
- You need 2 of green chillies.
- You need 2-4 pieces of garlic.
- Prepare 1 of small piece of ginger.
- You need 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
- You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of carom seeds.
- It's As per taste of Salt as per taste.
- You need as required of Water for dough.
- Prepare as required of Oil for deep frying.

- First wash the spinach & chopped roughly..
- Take mixer jar add chopped spinach, chopped green chilli pieces,ginger piece,garlic pieces along with cumin seeds & little bit of water to form a puree so grind well..
- Take big bowl add wheat flour add gram flour add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,carom seeds & salt mix all ingredients then add grinded green palak puree in it mix well to form a dough through water..
- When dough is ready keep aside for few minutes..
- Heat the heavy bottom pan add oil in it for deep fry in low flame..
- Meanwhile put some oil in hands & take small portion from dough & make all poori on flat surface..
- When oil is heated deep fry all pooris well..
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce or pickle..
- For kids tiffin along with sauce it's perfect combination for healthy meal..
